Hello all!
I know I rarely updated the old topic and requested for it to be closed after some computer issues, but I'm back. :happy
I lost all my zoos, however. :( Still, more space to build new ones!
Also, a BIG thank you to all ZA desingers...this zoo has tons of downloads in it.
And with that..

Cool Zoo Tigeress what download did you use to get all those prety purple trees. I like Blackbucks to they are quiet prety, happy, not messy, and me and my geust love em.

@Fire Turtle: In my zoo they are very messy, causing many 'zookepper cannot reach so and so's exhibit!' messages...:crazy

Tigeress!!!!! You have honored me in such a wonderful way-you've touched my heart! Thank you for using my map--you are certainly off to a great start! I love the use of the arch as the entry to the restaurant (I always forget to use the arches--silly Old Lady!) Now, don't keep fretting about the Elephant exhibit suitabiltiy. As long as the top bar, the animal happiness, stays above 95, you're doing good!! I can never get their exhibits above 83-85 myself, but they will still have babies and be very happy! Now, what's next??

No exhibit is ugly--just different. Remember, exhibit suitability (the bottom bar) doesn't always mean unhappy animals. As long as they have a zookeeper, a shelter, plenty of water and their assigned toys, keeping their exhibit suitability at or above 83 will keep their happiness bar at 95 or higher--and that's what the guests want to see!! As our former admin Aussie Koala used to say: "Happy Animals = Happy Guests".

I accidentally let the zoo run without pause for about a year, so the elephants aren't in the greatest of moods. In fact, they all escaped and were sitting in crates trumpeting angrily when I came...hehe...*points to zookeepers* it was all thier fault! And the matenince workers...okay, so there aren't any of those. Well SOMEBODY forgot to hire them then! :pinch: :rolleyes: :laughing:
Anyhow. The zebras, some of my favourite ZT1 animals. I always name them and forgot to name anything else.

A gazelle/wilderbeast mix...this was hard as Wilderbeast's like sand and dirt and Gazelle's only like savannah grass, but they both have a sutabilty of 80 so that seems fair enough.

Boy, that is one very colorful zoo, Tigeress!! Great way to line the pathways, and your exhibits are very well done. I really like the viewing area you made for the Rhinos-quite different but elegant and easy to navigate. You're on a roll with this one... :thumbsup:

It's been a few months, apoligies...thanks everyone, but mods, could this be closed until I get my hard drive sorted out, cos I have no room for ZT1 now. I'll try ZT2 becuase it suprisingly seems to be a smaller program...so check out ZT2 show and tell soon for that, if you'd like, everyone.
EDIT: More magically disapearing hard drive space. :pinch: Oh well.

Thanks to both of you. Well, I have enough space for ZT1 without MM and DD, so I decided to go back to building 'basic' zoos--$100,000, no freeform hack etc.
The result isn't very eye-pleasing, but it's earning a steady income of $72,000 (well it's staying that way :laughing:) and it'll get better as time goes on and I have enough money/objects unlocked. :original:
So saying that, here are the zebras (:shocked: no raised veiwing areas/it's a square exhibit?!?).

Wow, I'm learning alot from you *trying to right down everything she sees*. I always try to keep my zoos flat, but your first entrance looks so fab it's inspired me to change my stylistic ways, seriously cool stuff :thumbsup: . This zoo is set in Las Vegas...kinda...well not actually, it's set in a hard drive in a computer in a bedroom but you get the drift.

It's from CC. I noticed you asked zoohio about his rainforest fence (also from CC) in his topic, so I'm guessing you don't have it. :crying: Do you have MM or DD? I don't have room for them but you can download the pack with all the items (except Japanese and Artic =O) but some of them won't work if you don't have MM/DD (do NOT try to veiw the animal info panel on new looking animals) but...
These are all the packs (http://zoo.ogresnet.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=81) and these are the animals. (http://zoo.ogresnet.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=80) it works fine for me without MM but there are easy ways to cause my game to crash so be very careful. Good luck if you try and dl them. :original:

The Bongo Plains. The cute little things were so shy at the tourrent of guests coming past their exhibit. The guests have now walked into the endless empty hills of non-built-ness and are complaining! Oh joy. :wub:
