It is possible to build ditches, lakes, rivers and waterfalls. In particular marine animals are dependant on swimming and diving facilities. The visitors also appreciate a landscape design, where they can occasionally throw a glance at attractive waters. To create waters, you should first terra-form a pit, where the water can pond up. Select the tool 'lower terrain' or 'lower terrain gradually' from the terra-forming menu and place a pump in the pit. A tall pump is available for very deep pools.Hint: The pit should be deep enough to avoid the water spilling over to other areas of the enclosure. If the pumping capacity does not suffice to fill the pool with water, simply add a second pump.[/I]To create a waterfall, use the toold 'raise terrain' or 'raise terrain gradually' and place a pump on the hill that has been created. Just do not forget to dig a pit at the bottom of the hill, so the water can pond up.The water will not rise above the blue upper edge of the pump. However, if you have placed your pump on a small hill and the water plushes into the pit below, the pool can easily overflow. Consider installing a drain, so the water can drain away. It prevents the water from rising above the drain edge; given you do not have more pumps than drains. Furthermore, several drains allow you to empty a pool in no time. Doing so produces whirls! Give it a go!
