I don't think there are any secret animals... But I'm not sure because I haven't finished all the campaigns yet but I'm pretty sure there aren't any anyway. :8

Are you talking about the mystery animals?  I don't think the ES dl actually comes with any secret animals... :8

There are 3 animals you can unlock by naming exhibits:
Xanadu - unlock unicorn
Super Croc - unlock deinosuchus (I think you also get it if you complete the Breeding the T-Rex scenario)
Cretaceous Corral - unlock triceratops

Those just come with CC, don't they...?  The yeti and Bigfoot comes with the expansion, you don't have to unlock them by naming anything.  I have CC though, so if you are just downloading the Endangered Species thing from the main site, it may be different.

I know you don't have to rename anything to get the 'secret animals' in ZT1:ES-download.
It would have been to complicated, they would have to update the zoo.exe-file I think.

Check all announcements on CC: they all list the regular (real) animals, not the 2 fantasy (Bigfoot and Nessie)
Also, there's no sign of other hidden animals in the game files.
That's why I assume they are the secret animals.
