Are you for or against Extinct Animals? Give your reasons why.
I am for. 99.999% of all creatures are extinct. You can't exactly get a huge diversity of this with just 20 animals, but it is close enough for me. Dino Danger Pack was a bit of a dissapoinment - 1. It was a download you must pay for, 2. You can't edit the files. I am hoping we'll get an awesome ZT2 expansion, containing around, say, 12 dinosaurs, 3 ice age creatures, and 3 recently extinct, or something like that.

I'm definitely for it. I just hope it has diversity and unique animals that aren't identical to living ones.

I think there should be an extinct animal expansion, though I hope it wont just be dinosaurs and Ice Age animals it should have some recently extinct animals, and a scientific way of how we got these animals.

I hope that we get this one. But I hope there aren't any dinos in it. Not because I don't like dinosaurs, but because Dinosaurs deserve there own, 20 animal XP. Not the Margin of another one.
Anyway, I'm hoping we get mainly animals that came after the dinosaurs, as well as recently extinct. And they should just have mammals. they should have Diatryma, Pristichampus, Etc...

How many mammoths have you seen in zoos? It's not even possible to have them! Very much against.

Mostly against... It would be cool to have animals like the tasmanian tiger and the chinese river dolphin, but no dinosaurs! I prefer realistic zoos.

I guess I'm the only one so far who's voted half-half, I love the idea of extinct animals in my zoo but if this is the last expansion (which is still unconfirmed *twiddles thumbs*) than I would've perfered avians, if its not then I'm totally for it! :thumbsup:

I would have prefered an Avian XP first, but I'm still totally for this one. I really don't care if its realistic or not. I mean, this game doesnt exactly strive for realism :lol

I am so totally for it because they are already making it and there is nothing we can do about it. But I like theidea of filling my zoo with extinct animals! :clap:

I'm generally against...I want realistic zoos thanks :/ There are so many untouched alive species that I'd rather have in my zoos.

I be writen sometimes somewhere. Dinos is not my cup of tea. We need not dinos, we need flying bird in game not only ambient. We need snake, we need animal house for small mammals, birds and reptiles.We need gibbons who used trees.Howgh. :D

Absolutely, totally, completely and 100% ... for it! Yes it may not be realistic since, well, they're extinct! But does it really matter? A big porpoise, I mean purpose, of video games is to have fun. It is pretty fun to see extinct animals (not that I know from life experiance ... yet :happy2:). Realism is great, but so is the fun factor.
PS. For all the cryptozoologists out there, I guess having extinct animals in a zoo isn't that unreal :slol:!

I'm delighted that we will be getting an extinct animal expansion. I just hope it's a dinosaur and other prehistoric creatures expansion. I'm not too keen on seeing any recently extinct animals, especially as they could easily be done as Premium Download.

To be honest I'm for any expansion pack, as it is a sign the series is successful, and increases the likelihood of future expansions
Extinct Animals could be very interesting, I'll be intrigued to see what sort of combinations they come up, whether it's a mixture of prehistoric and more recent extinctions, or all of one type. Personally I'll be hoping for the mixture, and I certainly hope it won't contain the animals in the DD download

I say "yes". We could use some extinct animals. (I need more Dinos/megafauna!!!)

I'm against it. I don't like extinct animals. They aren't realistic for zoos. Birds, amphibians , whales and other animals that aren't extinct are more my cup of tea.
I don't buy this expansion pack.

It would be odd - most people would probably give an arm and a leg to see ANY extinct animal, whereas guests would be rather uninterested in the more common ones. :egglaugh
95% of all organisms are invertebrates - that doesn't warrant an invertebrate xp though! :eggroll

It's a neat idea, but I feel there could have been a better theme. :unsure:

I am against it. Not because I dont like the idea but like others said there are so many others species that could be touched in the game, rather than have something which is extinct. It depends though I might change my mind if extinct animals are recent extincted animals.

I'm kinda half-and-half! I'd like the XP but I would prefer an Asian XP (if this is the last XP). If it's not the last XP, then it's great!

i think its about time! :eggsmile just having current modern animals just gets boring after a while. It will be fun to spice up my zoos with official BF made woolly mammoths (I have a user made one) and other extincts.

I like the idea, but I'm hoping that there are no dinosaurs/ice age animals involved, Not because I don't like them, it's just that we've been there before... I like the idea of new things like Tassie Tigers, Quaggas, etc, that we haven't yet seen before in ZT 1 (unless made by users). Besides, it'd probably mean new templates :eggevil

I'm glad they're doing the XP. I think its going to have great animals and objects and I hope it won't be the lasxt one they make. I'm a Zoo Tycoon Fanatic so I have to have all the XPs and build whatever I can, but its not just from me when I say BF is neglecting the community's interest for an Avian XP and some more diverese types of animals.

Well in wildlife park 2 there noting more fun than spiceing up a park with a few extincts. So im all for it.
