Hey, don't think I've seen anyone else with this problem around, so I'd appreciate the combined knowledge of the community :P
I have ZT2, ES, AA, DD and MM. Recently, after I installed MM, I am experiencing several emergency errors which force me to close the game. The particular error message is this:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: E:\Program Files\Zoo Tycoon 2\zt.exe
R6025
- pure virtual function call
So I took out all my user made content, no crashes. I've since been investigating and it seems to be whenever I use RND's Invisible Fence, and then place water or raise terrain where the fence is. I have tested the game with a plain grass map, and only this download present in the game, and as soon as I raise the terrain anywhere near the fence - bam! Runtime error. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem or knows what I should do to fix it (aside from remove it from the game, : :P :)

Hmm, I've never had this problem before, Shen.
Sorry I can't help you but I figured that giving you a bump couldn't hurt; I don't want one of my favorite scenery makers to be without her ZT2!!
Maybe the fence just needs to be updated?
-
yeah i think it was made pre-mm2 but zoohio has used it for mm2 with no problems.
-
Well she said she only gets it when she raises the terrain around it....hmm. Interesting indeed.
-
well i will look at it later on and update with mm2 files but not for a few weeks im afraid due to the move of ZA.
-
Actually, that happened with MM2 as well, but I thought it was my Prehistoric Computer. I noticed that when I connected the fence to the marine wall, my pc crashed, but not always, so this is why I thought it was my PC.

No worries RND, I was also wondering whether it was just a problem with my computer + the fence rather than the fence itself.
-
I have had this problem and it makes me mad cause i had not saved my game
-
hmm, i JUST had that happen to me, (curse you, lack of save instinct :pinch: . i would have to explain it exactly as shen did, so i'll just have to keep reminding my self to do terrain work first.
