Oke since one overactive Administrator has deleted my previous show and tell topic I will now start a new one  :tongue1

Mr. Knowitall (remember him  :monkey ) is still on vacation. He took Ms. Blondy with him. So nothing new from him yet  :crying

But I did decide to dust off my ZTCC Discs and reinstall the game.

Last night I started building on a new zoo.

This zoo is called WorldZoo and will feature some countries or continents.

I started off with: JAPAN

The entrance

And because there are not many animals which originate in Japan I decided to fill the grounds with a Hammerhead Tank (they swim in all oceans  ;) )

They too are very happy --> they had babies already

To fill in the gaps I build sort of a Japanse Garden at the back of the Serow Home.

You can eat, drink or visit the forest animals in the forest petting zoo. Walk throught the flowergarden and pay a visit to Buddha.

Excellent job Bielski! I am so glad you dusted off the disc and started this story line again.

I love the waterfalls pouring into the Hammerhead exhibit. That is so cool.

Wow!  Your zoo is beautiful, Bielski.  I love that watery path with the stones.  Could you please tell where you got that building back behind the serow exhibit with the green roof?  Is it a working building (what is it's function) or just scenery?

Please do post your savannah and jungle pics, I have trouble getting the Savannah areas to look appealing.

You've created some beautiful elements in this zoo, Bielski :D  On the freshwater stepping stone path, if you place concrete terrain underneath it, it will create a seamless effect with the water (no dirt showing underneath) ;)

That's definitely a beautiful zoo!  When I see good zoos like these I can always tell why so many of you are still heavily into ZT1!  Sometime I'll have to pull out my disc (not dust it off, really, since it's new!) and see if I can come up with something show and tell worthy.  I was just wondering - do you use mostly user-made downloads, or what comes in the game, or a good mix?  (Sorry I don't know enough about ZT1 to tell from the pictures.)

Very nice looking zoo so far bielski. Hmmmmmm may have to dust off my downloads cd and dowloads folders and do some building myself  :hehe  The only time nowdays i use them is to test download submissions  :w00t

Forgot what great things zoos can be when you get in the creative mood.

I also have a question for you. In the entrance pic - where did you get the observation tower ? I've not seen that before.

So many questions. Good that means you are really looking  :P

First @ Genki thanks for the tip I'll be sure to remember that (see even an oldtime user like myself can learn)

The building with the green roof is: A forest animal petting zoo, which can be found at Zoo Tek Evolved. It is a working building when you have installed the ZooTekdll-file

@ Peacenote I am a true download junkie  :hehe I try to use a mix, but always end up using more usermade stuff.

@ Yellowrose The observation building is a restaurant made by Aqua Dragon and it is part of Prehistoric Phenomena pack here at ZA.

I hope I answered all of your question and thanks for all your nice and encouraging comments  :grouphug
