Now I know everyone is excited about the upcoming release of the African Adventure for ZT2, but some of us still enjoy playing ZT1. And I am one of them  :tongue1
So here is the rest of MY African Adventure: The Jungle of Africa.  :sun

When we enter the gate by passing under the arch we encounter the first of our African Jungle animals, namely the Bongo's.
Strange looking animals but ever so pretty.

After visiting the Bongos we move on to our primates and apes section of the African Jungle.
Starting off with the Mandrills

When you get passed the Mandrill you can either visit the entertainment area (with dining possibilities and a petting zoo) or you can move on to the next exhibit.

Here are the playfull Chimps on display.

Moving a long the path that is laid out for us we come to the last exhibit in this African Adventure

Lowland Gorillas, at first they were a bit cranky, but now they are quite happy

Very nicely laid out. :wtg  I loved how you changed the elevations. I look forward to seeing more.

P.S. In the screenshots, it looks like you have some kind of exhibit sign? If so, where did you get it from?

Thanks for your lovely compliments.

@njbums I got those signs over at Zoo Keepers Lounge. here A lot of animals are included in this pack and there are two or three more smaller packs with the same kind of signs

Very impressive!  My zoo's usually run out of money in a year and I need to use Shift+4  :crazy

But now you've inspired me... I'm going to start playing ZTCC again.  I want to make so decent zoos, but surely none will be of that calibre

Just go with the flow on the zoo. Everybody has their own style of building and that is what makes this game unique, you can be as creative as you want.

Tip: Use Shift + 4 before you start building and only stop to start your zoo when you think you have enough money (usually $1,000,000 is enough)

EDIT: @ Zoo Animal: I finally managed to trace back the arches. They came from a site called ZTDesign, but that site does not exist anymore  :crying . Lucky for us Zoo Tek Evolved is hosting most of the downloads from that site and here is the link to the arches

Oh thanks, never saw that.  My zoo I'm working on needs some to go with the invisible fences.  My T-Rex exhibit looks soo cool with invisible walls and elevated paths :)

Wow, it really looks great!  And such interesting path work.  But I see more and more buildings that I don't recognize; the shelters in the sable antelope exhibit and those other buildings in that shot.  Can't wait to see this zoo develop.

Sorry for not replying sooner...so much to do and so little time to do it in  :hehe

Oke Ala Okeissua, the shelters and savannah buildings are part of a Savannah Pack made by JBL, but I don't remember where I got it.   :sorry

I haven't had the time to build anymore to this zoo yet, but maybe this weekend
