I wanted to upload my zoo to Zoo Admin, but when I did, it said there was a Code 2 error.  What am I doing wrong?

is the file zipped? is it larger than 10kb, is the accompanying screenshot in jpeg format? is the screenshot larger than 220 x 180 pixels. .
