Downloaded Animals Have Problems

When I download the animals I put them in my zoo and for a certain area around them you couln't see the ground. It was like a black square around them.

Make sure you downloaded the correct version - if you don't have ES, you cannot download the newer animals, sorry :sad

Also, that is frequently caused by your graphics settings. Try moving them from High to Medium or from Medium to Low. That may help. Or, if they're ON Low, try moving them to Medium. In other words, whatever they ARE, try switching them! :lol  If that doesn't work, check for updates to your graphics card drivers, too.
