Well, there is not much we can do besides giving a link to the tutorial because that IS a step-by-step guide.

So, HERE is the easier of the 2 installation methods. Read through that and then say the specific problem you are having. Read through it as closely as you can and follow it as closely as you can so we can pin point where you are having problems
