Unless I missed something I've unlocked everything in MM and I can't believe there are no Marine Themed buildings. I mean especially since MM has added a completely different theme that doesn't fit with what exists already in the game I figured we'd get new buildings. Yeah we got a gift cart and some speciality buildings that are marine themed but I'm referring to the restrooms, food stalls and snack carts that come in a variety of themes in ZT2 and the earlier expansions.
I hope someone can tell me I'm stupid and I didn't unlock them.
Speaking of unlocking, I did the challenges and unlocked the tuna and big screen TV. They showed colored in and unlocked on the persistant challenge screen. Next time I started a new game, all the persistant challenges I've unlocked showed correctly except the two MM ones. Yes I can still purchase them and they are truly unlocked, but it must be bugged as they show locked when they aren't.

Sorry- even though we did get a Pirate Theme, we did not get any new themed buildings. I always thought the desert theme kind of went with them, they seem kind of tropical, like a beach or something, but that may just be my imagination stretching.

Hmmm. I think Pirate themed food stands, carts and restrooms would be nice.

Yep, I've been using either the Desert Theme or the Endangered Theme myself, and the downloadable Incan bench looks really good with marine exhibits too!
I know what you mean though. I love having everything coordinating and I would be really excited if BF came out with the "missing" themed buildings and objects.

Or, if not pirate-themed, at least the Marine Blue themed things.

i wouldnt have minded if they combined the pirate theme with the marine theme to make a whole theme. but there are so many lackings in the marine theme. maybe bf could make a download pack including all of the holes in the xp themes. (es themed path, aa music rock, mm themed stuff) or some new themed stuff.(they did make themed splash and drinking fountains.)

I think it would have been nice to have a new set of buildings also. At least the safari building theme resembles a Caribbean cabana.

yes, themed possibilities for things like restaurants, binoculars, gazebos, drinking fountains, maybe even tour objects, jeeps, sky trams, and elevated paths.
but first and foremost they need to fill current theme holes.

What Do you thinks is better AA or MM?

i am glad there is no more burger buildings etc, we got loads of choices already.
more animals and foliage is the way foward....

Hey all,
We decided not to do a new theme for Marine because we had so many other things we really wanted to make sure we got in, and as always, we only have a limited amount of time and money to make it all happen.
On the bright side, there will indeed be a new theme in the next release. :)

hm. Wonder what expansion will be next.
back on topic, yea they didn't have one. But I don't mind too much. I mean they added a lot of things in this one. So I'm pretty fine with it. Though having a set of buildings that were more universal, could be a nice thing. Cause it does look odd making a marine exhibit and using buildings that don't exactly match it.

Maybe there will be a Pirate Theme Pack download, kinda like the tundra theme pack.

You can download a Coastal Theme, but it doesn't have buildings.
