Title: Filters: do they unlock?

The tutorials show tank filters, and I see that people USE tank filters, but I don't seem to have any anywhere in my tabs. My animals are getting ticked. Do I need to be at a certain star level for them to unlock? :crying:
Sorry, just so verrrrrry annoyed, I keep having issues with all marine animal attempts.

Unfortunatelty they are only available at 1 star. I'll definately make a hack to fix this when I get Marine mania, so don't worry. :thumbsup:

I think I must be having an error with my MM, I was at 2 stars and no option to research tank filters! :surprise:

Filters are not available untill you reach 3 stars as far as i know, which would explain why you couldn't get them at 2. You can research them at 3 stars.

Yes, 3 stars. You have to research them. Till then, just clean the water yourself - it's very easy, just press space.

They are also located in show objects, I do believe. Could be wrong but I'm almost postive, because I spent 30 minutes looking for them.

I wasn't sure if I could clean water in zookeeper mode, but that's useful to know!

Yes, you CAN clean water in Zookeeper Mode, and they are located under Tank Building.

Filters can be purchased from the construction menu (the one with a building on it) under the tab which has a red ball and a star (where you can also buy grandstands and training areas).

You clean water by pressing spacebar when the game says "press spacebar to clean the water in this tank".
