Which Z2F has the AA files?

Panda King, please stop making threads asking questions like this. There are many places where you can find these answers, and all of them start with using the search function. I

The AA files can be found in x110_000.z2f. I suggest looking through the Guides or the So You Want to be a Designer threads (links to both in my signature) first before starting new threads. Good luck.
