Title: The VAT?

I'd like to try my and at recoloring, but I'm having some trouble. I don't know where to start. After browsing some posts it sounds like there is a tutorial by Penguinman called VAT? There was a link, but it doesn't work. Is the tutorial no longer up (due to severr switchy thing)?

It is available at the ZT2 Designing Centre, which is an affiliate of ours. You do not need to be a member to download. You can find the link to the right.
