Can someone give me a link to WinHex, so I can start creating without PM's hep?

Also, could someone tell me how to use it?

Just go to downloads.com and search for WinHex or click the Designer link in my sig to read the guide I made for everyone for a link

Type in winhex.com in your internet search browser.  Then you should see the words "Win Hex" with a description.  Then click on it and scroll down until you see "Download All Languages 1 MB" (it's a little hard to find), click on it, and click run or save on the box that appears.
