I love making mountains for the Bears and Snow Leopards, and platues for my komodos. i just didn't find the herbivores interesting.

ZT Fantasy: Bigfoot, Yeti
ZT Real: Wild Dogs (though they make money by breeding) ***
DD: Tortoise & Macarena thingy
MM: Tuna - though you could put your tuna tank next to the seafood restaurant and guests could pick out their own meal........yum yum

"Opki"? - Okapi? If So, How can you say that, There just so 'different' compared to the rest. Infact, I always get them first in my zoo for some reason. Endagered animal So $10k reward (or how eve rmuch it is) I think there unusual (Thats teh word im looking for :><)

I barely use the "Wolfs", In my latest zoo, I have attempted to put asmuch animals as i can in. Especially the ones i barely use. E.g Snow Leopard, Mandrill, Bears and It's gooing down very well!

Have any of you see an Okapi in real life? They are beautiful creatures, but are very shy. Chester zoo have recently just got one, it disappeared into its shelter when I went up for a closer look.

Anyway, I dont use any of the DD animals, Jelly fish/tuna for MM and ZT it would have to be any of the Herd animals, as they always die off in my Zoo's :sad

Yes, I saw an Okapi at Animal Kingdom - two in fact. It came right up to me...I was happy!

I would like to add the Yeti to my list.. :angry

You should use the herd animals...the more the better..it all adds up for guest attraction.

actually mine would be any of the zt animals that came with the game really i only use them if necessary - i think there is such a lot of good user created stuff out there that i like to use them (im such a download junkie :rofl) (my dlupdates folder is over 1.50 gb and luckily i have all my downloads merged into specific ZTD or i would be in real trouble).

There are only a few user-created downloads that I use, because I am so picky..I need to stop being that way.

BTW, RND, you need to post in a Shot & Tell Thread..I want to see your zoos..I'm curious now :lol

ZT: Markhor (sorry Spiderghost! :mellow )
DD: T-Rex, Velociraptor, Herrerasaurus (sorry Xtreme :sad ) (have never used them)
MM: Great White Shark, Lions Mane Jelly (have never used them)
CC: Lock Ness, Yeti, Bigfoot

Tsk tsk tsk. You of all people Lady. I would have figured someone of your skillz would appreciate these much maligned little animals. It is so much fun watching them jump around on their hills. This is one of the few animals I will actually watch.

Maybe I should post a few of my tricks to exhibiting highland animals and more specific the markhor.

@Salemvot-Actually the okapi is high on the list of animal attractiveness for the peeps.

@Taun-No I have never seen an okapi and that is part of the reason I'm going to the San Diego zoo. Okapis are my second favorite animal after rhinos and I just love to hear them yip in ZT. That to me is the best sound of ZT. After I see an okapi that will leave the quokka and mouflon as the only major animal species I haven't seen.

I'm one of the very few who likes fatansy animals (except for that darn mermaid :crazy ). I think the Nessies are very cool when they're adults, and I like to have a group of Bigfoots or a herd of Unicorns to make my forest area of the zoo more interesting.

Although from what we've seen so far, it looks like ZT2 won't have any myth creatures. But I'll live. :whistle

Of all the animals in ZT1, here are the ones I find useless:

ZT1 Basic: anything Savanah, other than the rhinos, and Unicorns

Dino Digs: none. Love 'em all, baby!

Marine Mania: Mermaids and Walrus

Highland animals are (in my case, luckily) very easy to please. Snow_Unicorn and Spiderghost are right.

I anyone would like hints on how to build dinosaur exhibits, y'all can just ask. If anyone else knows anything about dinosaur exhibits, I would like to hear from you.

ZT: I rarely use Wilderbeast and Spotted Hyena.
DD: All. Except the Pleisouas, I love that.
MM: Blue Fin Tuna! Last time I used them the tank became ultra-dirty in a week of game-time :crazy....and yes I used a filter! :huh
ZT2: Ugg. How about the...... um, rarely use peafowl in exhibits, always have them free-roaming.
ZTCC: Bigfoot. :blink
Oh and I love highland animals! I love the foliage, the terrian, the way the animals are bueatiful and--*stops before she makes a fool of herself*

Yep.
ZT-Anything with elevation and monkies/apes (don't hurt me, please!)
DD-Trikes (poo too much)
MM- Sharks. Don't know why, I like them.

Use Most:
ZT-Bantha (awesome animal. I reccommend you all download this.)
DD- Deinosuchus
MM- Sperm Whales (their guest eating animations are awesome!)

Try pleasing Snow leopards by pausing the game and building their exhibit then.
PS. Just tried and all-elevation zoo last night. It acyually worked pretty well. I'm usually just too lazy to do elevation. :whistle
