I recently started a new zoo, and bought a Compost Heap. Since I bought it, I get about 400,000 a month from Recycling, along with the usual $50 per dropping picked.

1. Is it supposed to be like this?
2. Buy one to get easy money early one!

Yes, but build it inbetween exibits away from guests so they don't complain

Yes, I understand that. I was just curious if it was supposed to bump my income up by half a million per month... o.O

Yes, it's awsome! I always put at least 3 in a small zoo, 4 in a medium, and 5 or more in my large zoos. They are a great way to keep from going banrupt.

Yeah, You Have To Love Em', Didn't know a whole 400k of income though from poo. But ohwell, I put them at the other end of my zoo so nobody gets to them  :erm Does your keepers have to have access to them to gain money.

Click Here For The image where i placed mine. Is it Suitable or does it need access from a keeper or Maitance worker?

I just dropped it on the other side of the zoo completely. I probably won't have guests there for another few game years.

Yes, these things are the ultimate money makers!  And your staff don't need to get to them, unlike ZT2, and they don't bother the animals about a dirty exhibit, so you can basically place them anywhere that guests can't get to and everyones happy. :happy

Stitch- I wouldn't recommend placing 3-5 different ones, it will cost you more money.  They never get full, you dont' have to empty them manually, so only buying one will save you the trouble of placing them where guests can't get to them, and you won't lose money. ;)

I found out, it's actually a bug in the code. Normal animal droppings are supposed to give you $50, and Dinosaur droppings are supposed to give you $100. The bug in the code makes it so that normal animal droppings give you $50,000 and Dinosaur gives you $100,000. Heh, it's the perfect money cheat without cheating
