I am easily obseesed with things and in Zt1 I find I have to unlock everything the difficult way (not from free forum) so my yet another question is that can someone please list all the unlockables in Zt1 games and how to do so... Thank you

I can't remember the statues/buildings etc, but...

Beating the "Paradise Zoo" scenario unlocks the Unicorn.
Beating the "Breeding Giant Pandas" scenario unlocks the Triceratops.
Beating the "Breeding T-Rex" scenario unlocks the Deinosuchus.

That's all three of them.

Most of the game items are released at 3 game month intervals over 2 game years I think.
