I Really Need Some Help Downloading

:( :8 Please can somebody help me? Everyone seems to be ignoring me, I have downloaded all of the animals I liked and none have shown up. When I go to the download page all the animals are there and they have been downloaded. Also I have disabled and enabled them but they still don't show up... what am I doing wrong?

PS I also downloaded them before I got ZT2 : ES but they didn't show up then either! I'm really miserbale because I want to know how to get them as the look so brilliant!
