Title: please insert your Zoo Tycoon CD

Hi

Every time I remove my Zoo Tycoon Complete Collection CDs and later replace them I get a message telling me to insert my Zoo Tycoon CD and the game will not load. The CDs are in the drives so I cannot understand why this occurs. It often takes me several attempts at re0inserting my CDs before the game loads.

Does anyone know why this occurs?

Try cleaning the CD.

you may have scratches on the disk.  there is something that you can get to remove scratches, but i'm not sure what it is.  if you experience poor game performance or somehing like that, then you probably do have scratches on it.

The lens on your CD ROM might be dirty as well - you can purchase cleaning discs that basically have a little brush on them that wipes the lens while it spins in the drive tha tyou can purchase in most electronic departmentsof stores for quite cheap.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I'll get both the disc and the lens cleaned, hopefully this will cure the problem.
