I Need Help With Ape And Downloads

:sad  I'm having trouble with ape and downloading
a long time ago I used ape and stuff i also downloaded lots of stuff then one day i made an animal and then when i started up zoo tycoon i couldn't even start playing and its screwed up and said send or dont send error report i thought it was normal i tried again it did again it wont me play zoo tycoon i uninsalled it and reinstalled it and it played again but when i downloaded a animal or made one as soon as i put it on the game it screwed up again then u got reinstall it again.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO SO I CAN PUT THAT STUFF ON THERE???

Even when you remove ZT, the updates folder, with the animal that causes the problems, stays in the mircosoft games directory. Uinstall ZT, delete the updates folder, and then reinstall ZT. Hope this helps

so when i when i do this i can still download aqnd make right?
And just keep them in the microsoft games folder?
