Diving Board

Is there a way to "move" the diving board once it's attached to a tank? It keeps putting it where I don't want it. I want it on the other side of the tank

Like the little platform for the marine specialists?  Is just like moving the door to an exhibit.  When you are in the fence/tank menu area, there is that little round gate button at the bottom.  Press it, and you can click wherever you want the platform on the tank to go, as long as nothing is blocking it.
