Save The Big Cats Problem

hi, I've a problem with scenario "save the big cats". I never can achieve 85 points of strain for anymals kind cat, but every my cats have a strain highter than 90 points. Please help me, thanks.  :(

What do you mean by strain? Do you mean animal happiness?
