black tip reef sharks getting out of tanks
« on: December 11, 2006, 01:51:47 PM »
ive realized, along with other people complaiining about it, that the blacktip reef shark some how ends up out of its tank. well i think BF made it that way and its not a bug at all!  the zoopedia info says that they jump out of their tanks in captivity just like how it says that the whale shark grows here look:

ps: i put this in the bug section b/c many people are saying it is a bug and i thought they would find it faster here.

That's really cool! I always thought it was a bug where they kept jumping on land, but now I know it's not! Good job Wolfkid!

:happyroll Well that's solves it! I guess it really wasn't a bug after all! : :) : But are we sure that the tanks some people use to exhibit them are small? What if people use big tanks and they jump out anyways. :hmmm: But I'd guess people use small tanks. *Shrugs*

That's relatively odd because the space requirements aren't very large for the shark 225 for the first one 50 for each additional one, you would think it would only jump out of the tanks when it didn't have enough space.

each square on the map has 4 triangles on it, the space requirement is 250 of these triangles.

I've had koi and other animals get out of tanks even with a high wall.
