Title: Zoo Tycon Community Downloads Directory and the Downloads here?

Could someone please explain the difference between the Zoo Tycoon Community Downloads Directory and the Downloads here? Other than the addresses? Can you download from either site when the downloads are available?

The Downloads Directory is a place for Zoo Tycoon Community Fansites to post links to the downloads they have in one convenient location for everyone to use. It is mostly a list, and doesn't host a lot of files. Zoo Admin is a forum as well as a database for files that have been uploaded by our amazing designers.
