I had to reset my password??

Could someone please explain why I had to reset my password earlier today? I received an e-mail this morning sayin the the "forgot password" feature had been applied.

It is possible that someone other than you used that feature. In that case you could probably just ignore the email.

It means you requested a new password because you couldn't remember yours. You may have accidentally pressed a button somehow.
