Title: Display Rollover Help

when i put my mouse over 1 of the buttons the display rollover Help pops up, is there  away of turning this off, bcoz i hav sumthin rong wid ma comp so wne i do this a green box pops up in the middle of the screen until i take my mouse off of a button. (if u get wot i mean). it still works fine but it gets rather annoying only occasionally this does not happen and i get the normal help thing in the corner.
dus any1 elses do this??

the buttons on the left corner of ur screen, (build, animals, etc.)
