Animals are never seeming to get happy

I am once agian not sure if this is the right place to post but I am annoyed at the fact that my aniamls never seem to get their happyness level beyond satisfied, is this the norm with others or am I doing something wrong????

statisfied is the max you can get so there is nothing wrong.
your animals are just the happiest they can get
