Is there any benefit to doing challanges after your fame bar for challenges/goals fills to the max?

I guess to unlock things would be a benefit. Also to play your zoo fopr the heck of it :happy

you can unlock stuff with challenges? I thought you could only do that with campaigns.

If you win 5 game challenges and 5 photo challenges the jungle and safari themes are unlocked. ;)

Well yes and no. Some challenges gets u new animals other are very annoying and u don't have to do them if u don't want to.

You mean the challenge gives your zoo a new animal right?  You cannot unlock any new species by winning challenges.

@ KillerPenguin - if you already have the safari/jungle themes unlocked and your bar is filled, it is up to you if you want to continue.  It would be a great achievement if you could win every challenge (or as many as possible) in one zoo.
Edit:  Not sure what all the challenges are though, but this article has a list of all the photo challenges there are.
