Forget what I said about the wolf/bear. I just had a wolf kill a bear, and some time later vice versa. Works with wolverines though.

You really should try african elephant/thompsons gazelle exhibits. The gazelles are so tiny and the elephants are so large , this is one of my favorite mixed exhibits !

Yes, I love any mixed exhibit...It's so boring with just one spieces in an exhibit. I almost always mix mine!

Beirds tapir, jaguar, and spectacled bear exhibits work out well ;)
Exept when the spectakled bear gets on the rainforest floor then the biome meter goes to highest level in green :erm
I have a picture of an exhibit like that only I don't know how to find the picture in the black hole of my computer. :sad  :(
I usually do that sometimes, that is a popular exhibit combination! :w00t

I found out how to mix asian elephants and javan rhinos  :w00t !!!! Just use the rainforest terrain and use scrub foliage !!!! The suitability isn't completely full though, so I still want an indian rhino.....

Another thing is that you can mix anything, even predators (lions, cheetahs, etc) with the elephants, camels, giraffe and/or the rhinos. They're all too big to kill, or (like the giraffe) have their own defense mechanism. Same with the ostrich - it kicks with its strong clawed feet.

It couldn't have been spectacled bears, because they're surprisingly herbivores (unless I'm mistaken). That's kind of strange.:8

Are you sure it WAS killed? Or did it just die? If you only saw the carcass, then it probably just died. Personally, I doubt very strongly that the spectacled bear killed it (because he's a vegetarian, as above) unless you actually SAW the bear kill the peafowl :shocked . Did you, by any chance? Or, did you receive any messages that said "peafowl xx was attacked"? :huh

:mellow About the peafowl incident, it might've been a space issue.

I disagree with the bear not killing the peafowl. I have seen males kill each other for no reason when there's tons of females!

Yup, I usually only add one female and two males for most species.

If you are having trouble with the challenge in which you need pictures of hunting carnivores, try putting a gemsbok in with the lions. It worked for me. :)
