covered food courts
« on: November 25, 2006, 10:22:47 PM »
hey, i was just messing around in zt2 and i found a sweet way to make covered food courts.

00
step 1: make a rectangular enclosure with high fences (i used a 8x7 square area with the brick walls)
01
step 2: delete two fence sections for entrances on each side (together)
02
step 3: fill in the whole area with your choice of path (i used dirt)
03
step 4: add all your stands, carts and bathrooms. maybe even a restaurant
04
step 5: add seating and garbage cans
05
step 6: cover the whole area with the lowest possible elevated path (i used the 3rd lowest i think) and voila, you now have a roof.

YOU ARE DONE. ITS JUST THAT EASY!
Roof on
Roof off
Inside 1
Inside 2

----------

you can make a 'courtyard' on the roof by adding benches, statues, fountains and a gazebo, then make a ramp so guests can get up.

Wonderful idea zoo_tycoon2. I can also recall that you can make 'animal houses' using elevated paths.
Lovely pictures too!
