Thats right my loyal readers! I'm finally back from taking pictures for my own benefit. I got sent to Antarctica to watch the Emporer Penguins. I refused to go until summer though,and of course,you should know why.

I wondered through the over-freezing weather until I heard several calls on the breeze. I followed them the best I could until I finally noticed black dots across a frozen river.

Nice, it's great when you can't see the zoo fence, it makes it look really natural, the landscape is great too with the group of penguins in the distance.

I moved closer,being extra careful not to slip into the icey water. I knew it could freeze a person to death in minutes. The black dots were penguins! Seeing as the little marine birds hadn't had much human contact,if any at all,they waddled up to me with chirps and squacks of curiosity. I knelt down to get a closer look as they went torward me in a group.
