I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but: I'm having a lot of trouble with the pontoon bridge. No one seems able to cross it! Guests go up to the entrance, then pause and walk back and forth without going in. What am I doing wrong? : :( :

It's a user download that lets guests cross tanks through a wooden bridge on a pontoon.
