Keeping Birds Caged

I downloaded some user-made birds that fly, also the stuff to make an aviary in-game (walls, entrance, roof), but the bird just fly right through. and right over any other fences.  Help? I have the Original Zoo Tycoon 1 only, and none of the expansion packs, by the way.

You have to download the invisible fence pack, and line the inside of the aviary cage with the invisible fencing. :original:

Actually, it didn't work. They flew right through it too, but when i put a tiger in there, it stayed.

It would help to name exactly what download you are refering to.  Perhaps the author didn't have them cage-able in the first place.

Are you sure? You should be using the invisible fence pack. If you use the invisible fence to create an exhibit, it should be able to contain the birds... and if that still doesn't work, the invisible fence pack might not be compatible with just ZT (I don't know if it is or it isn't)

Pyro Kitty, are you talking about the Wild Wings Expansion Pack? If so I think you might need to have MM and DD.
