I'm trying to use the complete tunnels pack, but the guests refuse to go in. I think I've counted out the tiles correctly - what's going wrong? Can someone help? : :( :

I believe the Complete Tunnel Pack you are referring to is from Zoo Tek. If so, there is a great tutorial in their forum regarding the Tunnel Pack. If that does not work for you, you may try contacting the creator for more information.
