I use a program called gadwin printscreen. It can be found here. After you download the program, all you do is hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard and it will save the image.

You can also do "Print Screen" without the program Bengal mentioned.  After hitting the "Print Screen" key, open Paint (or a similar program) then paste the picture on the new canvas and save.  If you are doing the for the forum, it is best to save as a .jpg or .png
