FREE Skin-Editing tool?

Does anyone know where I can get a FREE program to edit skins without making them look like crud like they do with MS Paint? Thanks!

The only free one, which is tolerable (just) is GIMP, a foreign-based program from Germany, I believe. I have NO idea where/how you get it. I suggest Google. (shrugs) :sorry:

i got my copy here i got it to do varient but mine never show up in the game:elvis: ill get it someday
but gimp is a fun program i use it to draw pictures ,but i never knew it was german:blink: : :) :  anyway its a good program

Are you sure there aren't any others? GIMP doesn't work too well for me. I have to re-select it in DXTbmp every time I open a new file, and GIMP crashes almost every time I use it. :(

I would recommend watching for sales in stores.  I did that and I saved $70!
