Animals-white, people-no clothes

Hello.
I'm new here, but i have this problem, and i can't do anything about it. Ever since i got african adventure animals in my zoo are white and people have no clothes on them. I can't play like this, please help me!!!!! :crying:

what do you mean they have no clothes? Are they just the color of skin?
