I have a problem. I want to recolour some things from MM, as I used to with ZT2. I use dxtbmp and whenever I try to extract a file from the MM folder, an error occurs and says that the files have no backup material or something like that. Can anyone from friendly ZA help me?

Hmm...haven't had this problem.

1. Use WinRAR to extract the file first to a new location.
2. Go to new location for extracted files and select all of the extracted files. Right click, go to properties, and Unclick the "Read-Only" box
3. Use DXTBmp as you normally would

This is the only thing I can think of that would be the problem. You are opening the .dds files, right?

Say where do you get the aniamtions for the mm2 animals? I am wondering this because I want to make some animals so could someone please tell me?
