how do i get the things i downloaded to appear in teh game?

i ahve downloaded 2 animals and they won't show up in the adopt an animal bar but they are not there. does any1 know why?

there are plenty of topics on how to install downaods pleasse read them and post there instead of keeping starting new topics as you have previously been told to do ZT2 download support
