Help Downloading

Hi, When I had ZT1 there was a really great guy on here that sent a detail message on downloading.  Can someone please please please do this for ZT2.  I am having no luck downloading anything.  I know I sound desperate ok I guess I am I keep downloading things from the site and nothing works on the game. I dont even know if I installed the patch right.  Somebody please do all of us a favor and set up a step by step manual on how to download, save files, extract files and change the things that need to be changed in order to make these things work.  Thanks ps Keep up the great work :rolleyes
