Those, who would rather buy the whole version then the BETA or Collectors Edition, could download the DEMO! Yes, it is possible, and it got out before a few weeks. And also, EA has announced that there will be BFMEII on the new XBOX 360.

I don't remember where exactly can you get the DEMO, but as I remember probably at Gamespot and IGN.

LoL that is very wierd... members of MEC said that BFME2 is better the BFME and I beleive it is true, cause I played it. I would give almost anything to have BFME2 and I would buy it, if I had a better computer.

I recently played 2 quick skirmishes.  Howevr, my comp. lags after awhile.  Yep, it stinks.  But my fav good side is now Men, instead of Elves.

btw - has ne1 created their own characters?  If so, wat powers did u give them?

The usual problem for lag is Graphical level. Go to the option menu, and change the Graphical level from Normal to Low... the graphic will be a little worst than at Normal Level, but it will work perfectly. And, don't think you are the only one with the problem, rare good computers can play the game at Normal and High Level.

By the way, Lord of The Rings Online, the official MMO-RPG dedicated to Lord of The Rings is in progress... to check it out, click HERE. You can also sign up for the BETA testing.

Where is the option menu?  In the game or on the desktop?

Lord of the Rings Online (LOTRO) is a PC MMO-RPG (RPG Online - Online game). Heh, I beleive that you will change your mind for buying it, cause you have to pay monthly fee.

If BFME2 still lags, then maybe your PC does not supports it.

Oh.  I guess it depends how much.

I tried playing straight through w/o pausing or stopping and it barely lagged.

My new favorite side is Isengard just because I have the coolest strategy.  all you do is make enough battalions to ward off intruders than make thousands of warg sentries.  then attack with your uruks and set all your wargs free.  after that, make sure you keep respawning your wargs then unleashing them again.  its cool to watch them running as a pack to go attack a fortress.

I think/hope I am getting this game for Easter, I read the description, it sounds like the coolest thing ever!

Tell me about the Pros and Cons of the different races! Please.

Yes - another bfme2 person!

Isengard - they've got a pretty good army.  I say go with them.
Mordor - tons of heroes but their battalions aren't so go.
Goblins - tons of creatures.
Elves - good archers
Men - good army for the good side.
Dwarves - they seem a bit weak and their slow.

Really? You'd expect the dwarves to be slow but you'd think that with the slowness comes toughness.

BTW, when I say I'm going to get it, I mean BFME2 not 1.

P.S. I will PM you with another LOTR game that you may find interesting. Its not rated yet so I won't put it in the request thread. But it is a MMOG...

I don't really like the dwarves much.

I think I've heard of it, but I'm not sure.  It looked cool from whatever pics I saw.
