I'll uninstall every game on my computer if that's what it takes to make room for spore. As a last resort i may even remove ZT2 :surprise:. Hopefully it doesn't come to that though.

True, but Will could lose some hype for his game if it comes out to late...

I hope there isn't any posibility of lawswits, because I'll rip off most popular fictional creatures...

Oh, and, beware young players, there is a huge percentage of will-be players that plan making creatures that look like Masculine genitalia. Disgusting...

That's not a problem. You can just ban their creations from being uploaded on to your game.  :D Plus, I think Will said that if to many people block someones creations, they will not have there creations automatically uploaded to someones game, even if they haven't chose to ban them specifically.

I was hoping for a summer release date... more people could play it. And the game is basically done. All will is doing is pretty much toying around with the stuff, and possible making it worse. Like the newest version of the creature editor. He made it very, very, very cartooney compared to what it was.

In fact, I have a video of the newest creature editor version, but I don't think I can post links here...

You were able to before, why not now?

Seriously, he's making it worse?

The game itself isnt really worse. The creature editor just doesn't look as good...

Okay, the editor panels look the same, but the background is different. Instead of it being in a sci-fi looking "inside an egg" environment, it's now more outside looking. Your creature stands on a flat, undecorated green platform, while in the background there are 2-D trees and 2-D plants everywhere. When you go into the little "test drive" area for your new creature, the trees disappear, but you are left on that flat, featureless green disc to walk around on.

And in the creature phase of the game, all your little emotions you can use are displayed as big smiles in the corner of the screen, layed over the environment. Not to mention that during the UFO stage, the buttons were more cluttered up instead of being nice and spread out.

I may be able to post pictures and links, but I wouldnt do it without a Mod or Admin's consent.  :D

That's for the best  .

About that creature editor, I thought the green area was already there before?

Before, it looked like your creature was standing on a piece of earth, surrounded by a metal band in the previous creature editor. Now, your creature stands on a bright green platform with cartoon trees in the background. And in the little "test drive"area before, your creature would walk around on a little piece of actual land with little hills on it. Like I said, now you walk on a plain, uninteresting flat bright green platform....

You can PM me if you want the video of the New creature editor.

Is your computer an XP? If so, it should probably be able to handle it when it comes out.

There was an ocean creature mode, but Will took it out because of "problems" he has yet to disclose.

There is probably no flying creatures as well, and the game comes out "septemberish"

But don't worry, Flying and marine creatures will probably come out in the future, and you will probably be able to make flightless birds with the original version of the game.  :D

Even if we don't get marine or flying adaptation choices first up, we can still have some fun with this  :D well, if my PC can handle it  :crash: but it would be good if they could bring out expansions or something that added those in, because then you could make a really cool looking dragon  :woot:
