Can't Get User Made Skins To Work In Zt2?!?

I know how to download user made animals into the game but when ever i try skins the same way it doesn't work, right now i've been testing with the black wolf. Can some one tell me how to get it onto the game.

my accapel skins wouldn't work when i unzipede thim into the folder that he made so i unzip the to my docs and then put them in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft Games\Zoo Tycoon 2\downloads\zootycoon_com_zt2_1033\1015_1.0
