Where Are You Supposed To Put Skins

Could a Mod Admin Pleas eanswer this for me, i posted some varient skins and i put them in the Hacks/Utilities folder, and then i noticed everyone elses were in animals.

Where is the correct area, or are both acceptable?

both either :lol its up to you where you decide to submit them to - but if you want it changed to animals then pm me and i will edit it for you.
