What Is Wrong With My Es?

the game ALWAYS crashes.  once it crashed when my florida panthers had babies (one, and then the female got up to another part of the exhibit and had two more *weird*  :blink )  and another time was when i clicked on the galapagus tortois.  usually i get to play for 1/2 hr. to 1 hr. and then i try to click on something and it just gets worse. but every time it crashes, the screen goes black and an error message pops up and says, "Don't Send" and "Send Error Message".
