Zt-2 - Very Slow

My ZT2 runs very slow.  I have not played it in awhile.  I used to know how to restart my computer and turning off un-needed components but i no longer remember how do do it.  Can anyone help with this?

Go to the main menu and go to the preferences. If you're set on high, take it down to low or custom. Sorry I can't help you anymore than that.

Yeah, if your game moves very slow just go to the options section on the main menu (by the downloads section) and move the settings to medium or low (if on high). This is what I did and ZT2 worked a lot better on my laptop.
