Problem Launching Zt2 Es

i havent played zt2 for a long time, but i decided to give the expansion a try. after re-installing zt2 i immediatly patched and installed ES... when i run the game i get the splashcreen and an error telling me i have to agree to the EULA. that's fine with me, but HOW??? i never got a screen asking me if i agreed to the EULA, i never even saw it.

i'm doing the windows updates now but i doubt it related. any ideas how i can fix this? last resort is to reinstall everything.

Reinstall it, just make sure you don't tick the  'remove saved games' box.
You should get an agrreement window popping up.

i've reinstalled it but it's still the same, the game wont launch and keeps asking to agree to the EULA without showing me the EULA

after i installed zt2 without ES i checked and i could run it, has to be something concering ES


nevermind, fixed it, was a language conflict between zt2 and ES
