Help Game Freezing!

I have been playing for a while, and recently soon after I start playing it just Freezes :w00t   The music is still playing but nothing is moving :crazy   The only thing I can do is reboot my system.  Any Ideas?

Howdy, champ2000! Nice to meet you! There are several possibilities for this. One is your graphics card can't handle the game - have you updated its drivers?

Second, your graphics setting in Options might be too high for your computer. Try Medium, or Custom with some of the high-end stuff (water detail for example) set to medium or low. Those are the first two things I thought of. Other people may have other suggestions.

Tried changing my options for the game but that didn't work     It froze on me within 5 seconds of starting my game.  I am now working on updating my drivers.  Any more suggestions?
