Saveing problem

Whenecer I have recently tried to save a zoo, the game froze and a window opened up behind the game. I have had to restart my comp in order to use it again, and therefor do not know what this window says. I can succesfully enter the game menu and exit, but dare not go farther in fear of causing a problem.
